Position: Sales Marketing Lead

Job Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Head will lead all marketing, brand-building, and revenue-generating initiatives for BarnHouse and Nonnina.
This role demands a strategic yet people-driven professional who can translate brand values into growth blending creativity with strong relationship management, guest engagement, and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Brand Growth:
- Develop and execute quarterly sales and marketing plans for both restaurants.
- Build and manage marketing calendars with integrated digital, influencer, and offline initiatives.
- Align campaigns with business objectives brand awareness, footfall growth, and event participation.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure both brands maintain distinct yet cohesive positioning in the hospitality landscape.
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive reservations, private dining, and corporate bookings to meet revenue goals.
- Develop and manage corporate partnerships with travel, hotel, and event networks.
- Identify and close collaboration opportunities (luxury brands, pop-ups, and seasonal tie-ups).
- Create and implement loyalty programs to enhance guest retention and referrals.
- Track performance and conversion metrics for all initiatives.
Marketing & Communication:
- Oversee all digital and offline marketing activities, ensuring alignment with brand tone and storytelling.
- Plan and execute launch campaigns, festive events, chef collaborations, and PR drives.
- Work closely with the Content Strategist and Social Media Manager for seamless messaging.
- Manage influencer relations, press coverage, and guest outreach campaigns.
- Ensure brand visibility through community participation, events, and hospitality networks.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Collaborate with Operations, Kitchen, and Design teams to ensure holistic brand expression.
- Supervise and coordinate with external agencies, photographers, PR, and event partners.
- Train staff on guest communication, upselling techniques, and service storytelling.
- Maintain effective communication across departments for timely project execution.
Guest Relations & Brand Experience:
- Build personal relationships with frequent guests and key partners.
- Collect and act on guest feedback to improve service touchpoints.
- Represent the brand at events, tastings, and hospitality collaborations.
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect warmth, professionalism, and brand ethos.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, and brand management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the F&B, Hospitality, or Premium Retail sector.
Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of directly driving revenue and achieving sales targets through reservations, private dining, and corporate client acquisition.
Marketing Strategy: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated omni-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, experiential, PR) that demonstrably increase footfall and brand affinity.
Leadership: Experience managing direct reports (or indirect agency/vendor teams) and influencing cross-functional operational teams (Kitchen, Operations, Finance)
