Job Description - Manager - (Corporate Finance & Strategy)

Sai Green Mobility is seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Manager (Corporate Finance & Strategy) to work directly with the Leadership Team in supporting strategic financial decision-making, corporate planning, financial analysis, business research, and investment evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Finance & Financial Analysis:

- Support the Leadership Team in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial decision-making.

- Perform detailed financial analysis, profitability assessments, cash flow analysis, cost optimization, and financial performance reviews.

- Develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities, investments, and strategic initiatives.

- Conduct variance analysis and prepare financial dashboards for management reviews.

2. Financial Research & Business Intelligence:

- Conduct industry research, market benchmarking, and competitive analysis.

- Analyze financial trends, market developments, and investment opportunities in EV, Urban Mobility, Infrastructure, and Transportation sectors.

- Prepare research reports to support strategic business decisions.

- Monitor macroeconomic indicators, regulatory developments, and emerging industry trends.

3. Business Strategy & Investment Support:

- Support preparation of business plans, feasibility studies, and investment proposals.

- Assist in evaluating mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and new business opportunities.

- Participate in fundraising initiatives, due diligence activities, and investor presentations.

- Support project finance activities, financial closure processes, and interactions with financial institutions.

4. CEO Office & Strategic Support:

- Prepare executive presentations, board reports, management dashboards, and strategic review documents.

- Support Board Meetings, Investor Meetings, Leadership Reviews, and Business Development discussions.

- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Business Development, Engineering, PMO, and external consultants.

- Track strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution of CEO priorities.

5. Governance & Process Improvement:

- Drive improvements in financial reporting, MIS, governance, and business planning processes.

- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of financial information.

- Support implementation of best practices in corporate finance and strategic planning.
