What You'll Do:

As a Team Lead and Quality Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership:

- Supervise and guide a team of associates, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company standards.

- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.

- Motivate and coach team members to achieve individual and team goals.

- Address and resolve team conflicts and challenges effectively.

- Ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Quality Assurance:

- Conduct regular quality audits of team performance, including call monitoring and transaction reviews.

- Identify areas for improvement in processes and individual performance.

- Provide detailed feedback to team members based on quality assessments.

- Collaborate with management to implement quality improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

- Minimum of 4+ years of overall work experience.

- At least 1 year of documented, relevant experience in a Team Lead or Quality Analyst role.

Education:

- Graduation is a must.

- MBA is a must.

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in performance management and coaching techniques.

- Exceptional attention to detail for quality assurance.

Work Environment:

- Must be flexible to work night shifts.

- This is a work-from-office (WFO) position in Bangalore.
