
For this role, we are looking for a Learning & Organizational Development professional with strong facilitation experience, particularly working with mid-management and senior leadership stakeholders.
The person should have prior experience in voice and accent training or communication training, as the role involves working closely with US stakeholders and supporting teams that interact with US clients.
The role will require flexibility to work in US-aligned shifts (4 PM - 1 AM or 5 PM - 2 AM).
Cab will be provided.
Key Experience Required:
The ideal candidate should have experience in:
1. Behavioral & Leadership Training:
- Delivering behavioral, leadership, and managerial training programs
- Facilitating sessions for mid-management and senior leaders
- Coaching, mentoring, and capability building
2. Voice & Accent / Communication Training- prior expn:
- Understanding of US accent, communication standards, and cultural nuances
- Training teams working with US stakeholders or client-facing roles
3. Learning Design & LMS:
- Designing and developing learning interventions and training content
- Working on LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Conducting corporate induction and leadership programs
4. Organizational Development:
- Conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Designing learning strategies aligned with business goals
- Supporting organizational initiatives and people development programs
5. Stakeholder Management:
- Working with business leaders and cross-functional teams
- Delivering training solutions aligned with business objectives
Additional Requirements:
- Strong facilitation skills (virtual and classroom training)
- Good understanding of adult learning principles
- Experience working with analytics, training effectiveness metrics, and dashboards
- Ability to handle mature audience (Senior Managers and above)
