- We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to design, review, and govern HR policies at a global level. This role will ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment of people policies across geographies while balancing global standards with local statutory requirements.
- The role will work closely with HRBPs, Legal, Compliance, and Business Leaders to enable scalable, employee-centric, and legally sound HR frameworks.
Key Responsibilities : US, Colombia, Jamaica, Philippines, India
Global HR Policy Development:
- Design, draft, review, and maintain global HR policies covering the full employee lifecycle (hire to retire).
- Ensure standardization across geographies while enabling local customization as per labor laws.
- Act as the custodian of all HR policies, frameworks, and SOPs.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with global HRBPs and business leaders to interpret policies and resolve complex people issues.
- Provide policy advisory support for sensitive cases, escalations, and employee relations matters.
- Enable consistent policy interpretation and application across regions.
Change Management & Communication:
- Drive policy rollouts, communication, and training to ensure awareness and adoption.
- Simplify complex policies into employee-friendly language and FAQs.
- Manage change impact during mergers, acquisitions, or organizational restructuring.
