Manager - HR Techno Functional


Job Description:


- The Manager - HR Tech & Workday Adoption will support the HR Tech Transformation team in driving adoption, process optimization, and effective system utilization across Workday modules and other projects, for example: Disciplinary Management, Workday Journey, Career progression, and succession plan.

- This role focuses on managing transactional and operational activities, testing system changes, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring consistent execution of HR processes.

- The candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies.

Workday Process & Adoption Support:

- Support execution of Workday-related projects including new feature enablement, configuration testing, and enhancement rollouts.

- Collaborate with other teams to identify, test, and document system/process improvements.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure seamless implementation and user experience.

- Support communication and training initiatives to drive user adoption across modules like HCM, Recruitment, Time & Absence, and Help Module.

Process Improvement & Governance:

- Identify areas for process simplification and standardization globally

- Support documentation of workflows, SOPs for Workday and related HR processes.

- Track and report process metrics, adoption trends, and user feedback.

Project & Change Management:

- Assist in projects independently (e.g., Workday Journey updates, Disciplinary Action module, Training module).

- Coordinate between stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.

- Assist in managing change initiatives and communication campaigns around new features or process rollouts.

Data Management & Audit:

- Conduct regular audits and validations to ensure data accuracy and integration
