Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic Human Resources team.
This role will serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to assigned business units, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
The HRBP Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR initiatives that support talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management within their designated client groups.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to influence and collaborate with leaders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership & Consulting:
- Act as a primary point of contact and strategic HR partner for assigned business units, understanding their operational needs, challenges, and goals.
- Translate business strategies into actionable HR initiatives and solutions that support growth, productivity, and profitability.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to leaders on a wide range of HR matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and change management.
Talent Management & Development:
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify current and future talent needs, developing strategies for attraction, retention, and development.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs to build organizational capability.
- Support learning and development initiatives, identifying training needs and collaborating with L&D specialists to deliver effective programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and legal compliance.
- Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Champion company culture and values, promoting a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Partner with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Advise leaders on salary reviews, promotions, and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with company philosophy and market trends.
Organizational Development & Change Management:
- Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within HR operations and business units.
HR Operations & Analytics:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and inform strategic decisions for client groups.
- Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to HR reporting as required.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant HR certification (e.g, SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI-PHR/SPHR) is highly preferred.
Experience:
- 6-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3-5 years specifically in an HR Business Partner role supporting various business functions.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Confidentiality: High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
