The Manager - HR Analytics will drive data-led decision-making across the HR function by delivering actionable insights on workforce trends, performance, attrition, productivity, and talent outcomes. This role partners closely with HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to translate people data into measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end HR analytics and reporting across attrition, hiring, workforce planning, engagement, and productivity.
- Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports for HR and business leadership.
- Partner with HRBPs and leaders to provide insights, trends, and predictive analysis to support decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.).
- Support workforce planning, capacity modeling, and scenario analysis.
- Drive automation and process improvements in reporting and analytics.
- Present insights in a clear, business-oriented narrative, not just data.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI / Tableau / SQL preferred
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high ownership mindset
Education & Experience:
- Master's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- 3-8 years of experience in HR Analytics / People Analytics / Workforce Analytics
- Experience working with large datasets and HR systems
- Exposure to BPO / BPM / shared services environments is a plus
