Job Title: Manager Brand & Comms Operations (Global Brand & Corporate Communications)
Function:
Global Brand & Corporate Communications
Location: India (Onsite-Bangalore, AMR office)
Reporting to: AVP Global Brand & Corporate Communications
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytically strong, and highly reliable Brand Operations professional who will be responsible for all backend operation.. of the Global Brand & Corporate Communications team.
This role will support multiple verticals including Internal Communications, Client Experience, Workspace Branding, Talent Branding, Leader Communications, and Social/Digital Marketing by driving reporting, dashboards, workflow tracking, vendor & budget coordination, and stakeholder management.
The role will work closely with VPs, AVPs, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors, ensuring smooth operations, financial hygiene, and data-driven decision-making across the function.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Workflow Management:
- Act as a back-end support for the Global Brand & Corporate Communications function, tracking workstreams across all sub-teams.
- Create and maintain workflow trackers (project-wise, team-wise, and priority-wise).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect inputs, timelines, dependencies, and status updates.
- Flag risks, delays, and bottlenecks proactively.
- Support leadership with weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reviews.
- Administrative support for Lead- Global Brand & Corp Comm
2. Reporting, Analytics & Dashboards:
- Collate data from multiple sources (internal comms, digital, client experience, talent branding, etc.).
- Analyze performance metrics and create structured performance reports.
- Work with VP/AVP to build leadership dashboards (KPIs, progress, ROI, budget utilization).
- Prepare presentation-ready reports for internal reviews and leadership forums.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and insights in all reporting outputs.
3. Repository & Knowledge Management:
Own and manage the central repository for:
- Campaign plans
- Reports & dashboards
- Creative assets
- Vendor documents & contracts
- Ensure version control, easy access, and documentation hygiene.
- Create SOPs and templates for recurring processes.
4. Finance, Budget & Vendor Management (Tactical):
- Support budget tracking and utilization reporting for the Brand & Communications function.
- Raise PRs (Purchase Requisitions) in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Track PO issuance and link it to vendor deliverables.
- Coordinate with vendors for invoice submission.
- Maintain a vendor invoice tracker (invoice status, approval, submission, payment).
- Follow up with Finance & Procurement teams for timely payments.
- Ensure compliance with internal finance and procurement processes.
5. Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the single point of coordination between:
- Brand & Comms teams
- Finance
- Procurement
- External vendors/agencies
- Enable smoother communication and faster closures.
- Support leadership in managing cross-functional dependencies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong project coordination
- Advanced proficiency in MS office, AI tools
- Experience creating dashboards, trackers, and performance reports
- Strong understanding of finance basics, PR/PO processes, and invoicing
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders (VP/AVP level)
Good to Have:
- Experience in Brand, Marketing, Communications, or Agency environments
- Familiarity with tools like Workday/Power BI / Tableau / Smartsheet / Asana / Monday / Jira
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and communications metrics
- Exposure to global or multi-geo teams
