
We are looking for a Senior Manager - HRBP to act as a strategic people partner for our technology teams across India, USA, and Philippines.
Shift : 2- 11 pm
This role will work closely with senior leadership to translate business strategy into impactful people and talent outcomes, while driving performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and drive people strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead workforce planning, org design, and capability building for scaling teams
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and experience strategies
- Own performance management frameworks and performance culture enhancement
- Conduct talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development
- Leverage people analytics to derive insights and influence decisions
- Partner with CoEs (TA, L&D, Rewards) for scalable HR solutions
- Drive change management and transformation initiatives
- Ensure strong culture, inclusion, governance, and compliance across geographies
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- 6+ years of experience in HRBP roles (preferably IT / Product / Tech organizations)
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- Experience managing mid-to-large employee groups (200-500+ employees)
- Strong exposure to global or multi-country HR operations
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes
