Sagility - Associate Director - HR Techno Functional - HR Tech Transformation Team

Sagility is looking for a dynamic leader to drive our Global HR Technology Transformation and act as the strategic control tower across key HR platforms including HCM, Recruiting, Time & Absence, Reporting, and HR HelpDesk systems.

This role will lead program governance, solution design, stakeholder alignment, and value realization across global teams while enabling scalable, future-ready HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead global HR tech transformation initiatives

- Drive governance, solution design, and implementation strategy

- Partner with HR, Business, IT, and external vendors to deliver measurable business impact

- Champion standardization over customization with a strong consulting mindset

- Lead change management, adoption, and executive-level communication with clear ROI

Ideal Candidate:

- 7-10 years of experience in HR Transformation, Digital HR, or Consulting

- Hands-on experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow HR

- Proven experience leading global HR tech programs and stakeholder management
