Lead Sagility's global HR Tech Transformation as the program control tower-owning governance, solution design, stakeholder alignment, change, and value realization across geographies. This role will progressively take end-to-end ownership of the HR Tech Transformation charter, ensuring measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the global HR Tech roadmap across HCM, Recruiting, Time & Absence, Reporting, and HelpDesk platforms.
- Break down complex, ambiguous HR problems into clear solution paths aligned to business outcomes.
- Establish and run program governance (steerco, design authority, readiness checkpoints, RAID management).
- Partner with HR, Business, IT, and vendors to design scalable, future-ready solutions-standardized by default.
- Deliver executive-level communication with insights, recommendations, and ROI.
- Lead change, adoption, and enablement across regions; track adoption, UX, productivity, and value realization.
Experience & Skills:
Must Have:
- 8-15 years in HR Transformation, Digital HR, Shared Services, or Consulting.
- Led multi-country HR tech programs (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, ServiceNow HR, etc.).
- Strong consulting mindset, problem-solving, and solution architecture capability.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-suite.
Preferred:
- Background in top-tier consulting (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).
- Experience in Global Shared Services or HR Tech Product/Platform Ownership roles.
