About the Role:
Sagility Health is looking for an experienced HR professional to join our HR Operations team as an Assistant Manager - Workday Techno Functional. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to HR processes, hands-on experience with Workday, and the ability to manage HR tickets and stakeholder interactions effectively. This role focuses on L1 ticket handling and supporting day-to-day HR operational activities in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve L1 HR tickets within defined SLAs
- Handle employee queries, follow-ups, and documentation requests
- Perform HR transactions and operational activities on Workday
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of HR data and records
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless process execution
- Support HR operations projects and process improvement initiatives
- Provide timely updates and escalate issues where required
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR operations
- Hands-on experience with Workday or any leading HRMS
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple queries and priorities effectively
- Capability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services
- Prior exposure to ticketing tools and HRMS platforms is preferred
