Senior Manager - Strategy & Transformation

Role Overview:
The Strategy & Transformation Senior Manager will work closely with executive leadership, business unit heads, and functional leaders to shape enterprise-wide strategy, enable inorganic and organic growth, design future-ready operating models, and drive large-scale transformation initiatives.
This role blends strategy formulation, analytics-driven insight generation, and hands-on execution, supporting decisions that influence long-term value creation across a diverse global portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Strategy & Growth:
- Lead development of enterprise and business-unit strategies, including:
- Market entry and expansion strategies
- Portfolio optimization and capital allocation
- Competitive positioning and growth prioritization
- Translate strategic intent into executable roadmaps with clear milestones, KPIs, and value tracking.
- Support annual and long-range strategic planning cycles in partnership with Finance, Operations, and Business Leadership.
2. Mergers, Acquisitions & Portfolio Strategy:
Support end-to-end inorganic growth initiatives, including:
- Target identification and strategic fit assessment
- Commercial and operational synergy evaluation
Financial and strategic due diligence:
- Post-merger integration (PMI) planning and execution
- Drive portfolio reviews to identify divestiture, carve-out, or turnaround opportunities.
- Collaborate with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, and external advisors.
3. Operating Model & Organization Design:
- Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to design future-ready operating models, including:
- Global vs. regional governance models
- Shared services, GBS, and platform-based operating structures
- Digital-first, data-driven organizational designs
- Redesign workflows, roles, and decision rights to improve speed, accountability, and scalability.
- Support workforce transformation initiatives aligned to future-of-work priorities.
4. Enterprise Transformation & Execution:
Lead large-scale transformation programs spanning:
- Digital transformation
- Cost and productivity improvement
- Process simplification and automation
- Apply structured problem-solving and change management methodologies to ensure sustainable impact.
- Track benefits realization and ensure delivery of committed business outcomes.
5. Data, Analytics & Insights:
Leverage advanced analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence to:
- Diagnose performance gaps
- Identify value creation levers
- Support executive decision-making
- Partner with data science, IT, and analytics teams to embed insights into daily operations.
6. Executive & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Prepare executive-level presentations for Board, CEO, and senior leadership forums.
- Act as a trusted thought partner to business leaders across domains and geographies.
- Manage and mentor junior team members and cross-functional project teams.
Experience:
- 6-10 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Top-tier strategy consulting
- Corporate strategy / corporate development in a large multinational
- Transformation roles within complex, global organizations
- Proven experience working across multiple industries or business models.
- Strong exposure to executive-level stakeholders.
