Travel Requirement: Up to 30%

Job Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead B2B partnerships and growth initiatives for our Battery Recycling Plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales or recycling/environmental services, with a proven track record of building strategic partnerships and driving revenue.



Key Responsibilities:



Strategy Development & Execution



- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets.



Client Identification & Engagement



- Identify and engage potential B2B clients such as battery manufacturers, automobile companies, and e-waste aggregators.



Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure



- Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate and industrial clients.



Market & Regulatory Analysis



- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in the battery recycling domain.



Proposal & Presentation Preparation



- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and client meetings.



Cross-functional Coordination



- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, legal) to ensure smooth onboarding of partners.



Industry Representation & Networking



- Represent the company in trade shows, environmental summits, and industry events.



Travel:



- Regular travel to Up to 30% of the time, depending on business development activities, client meetings, and strategic B2B engagements.



Requirements:



Education:



- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related fields (MBA preferred)



Experience:



- 3 to 8 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in battery materials, recycling, energy, manufacturing, or related sectors.



- A strong network in relevant industries like battery OEMs, e-waste management, or auto sector is highly desirable.



Skills:



- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
