- Wadala, Mumbai (10 min walk from Dadar & Wadala station)
Experience :
- 1 - 3 years (Hospitality/Service industry preferred)
Qualification :
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
Role :
- Sr. Manager Finance
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and present MIS Reports and weekly flash reports with actionable insights
- Track KPIs and profitability of business units/homes; highlight variances against budget
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to monitor budget vs actual performance
- Support third-party audits, ensure timely closure with proper documentation
- Manage vendor onboarding documentation and compliance checks
- Drive process improvements for better reporting, transparency, and cost efficiency
Skills Required :
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills (Excel, Power BI preferred)
- Knowledge of budgeting, costing, and profitability analysis
- Ability to manage stakeholder communication effectively
- Experience in audits, compliance, and vendor due diligence
