We have 300+ homes in the best destinations across India & are looking to increase our presence on a national level.

Designation: Key Account Manager.

of Requirement: 1.

Experience: 4-5 years.

Qualification: Bachelors or Masters Degree (Business or Marketing).

Location: Dadar (Wadala), Mumbai.

We are looking for a strategic revenue thinker to join our team as a key member while also being able to work independently.

As an Account Manager, you will report to the business head for the region and play a pivotal role in managing key relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the retention of the homes assigned to you.

You will closely collaborate with the marketing team to generate demand, the pricing team to ensure optimum pricing at all times, and the operations teams to guarantee that the homes meet and deliver the quality and experience standards of SaffronStays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC): Take ownership of tasks with a proactive approach by analyzing situations, suggesting solutions, driving actions, and problem-solving to achieve successful outcomes for homeowners and internal teams.

- Strategic Thinking and Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimise revenues for your assigned portfolio of homes.

- Coordinate and Drive Execution: Work collaboratively with necessary internal stakeholders to ensure tasks are not only communicated but also actively followed up on until completion, maintaining accountability and delivering results.

- Conduct Regular Governance Meetings: Visit the homes in your assigned portfolio and meet with homeowners at regular intervals to strengthen relationships, review progress, and effectively address governance matters.

- Deliver Revenue and Growth: This is the most critical success metric.
