Job Title: Strategy Manager - Digital Marketing & Technology.

Working Days: Monday to Friday.

Job Location: Ghitorni, South Delhi (WFO).

Experience Required: 5 years minimum in SEO, Performance Marketing, Branding, with Global Clients Exp. Mainly B2B/SAAS Clients.

Preferred Industry Background: Digital Marketing Agency and IT Services.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Ensure successful client outcomes:

- Build clear, actionable strategies for SEO, ABM, outbound, and other digital channels that align with client business goals.

- Translate strategy into execution plans with defined KPIs, timelines, and resourcing across teams.

- Monitor live campaigns and performance data to spot risks, surface wins, and trigger course corrections.

- Work closely with and across sales & delivery teams.

- Help drive revenue: Support business reviews, pitch decks, with strategic insights.

- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, integrating new tactics, tools, and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.

Knowledge & Experience :

- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, or client success roles: with at least 2 in a similar role and least 2 years in an agency, managing multiple accounts.

- Strong understanding of SEO, digital performance metrics, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.

- Track record of execution, and driving real business results.
