We've built deep domain expertise across the digital marketing stack and as we scale, we're looking for a sharp, execution-focused leader to take our Delivery function to the next level.

Your mandate will be to drive client success/retention, operational excellence, and service innovation across all our offerings including Organic Search (SEO), Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Social Media, Paid Marketing, and Marketing Automation.

You'll also have a seat at the leadership table to shape the next phase of Saffron Edge's growth.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

- Own end-to-end client delivery, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, achievement of campaign goals.

- Lead and manage the delivery team with clear KPIs and SLAs across marketing and tech execution.

- Work closely with revenue teams to align on client goals, onboarding, upselling and ROI delivery.

- Ensure delivery teams develop and execute tailored, high-impact strategies for each client - and be ready to step in personally when needed to guide or unblock execution.

- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to keep offerings cutting-edge and competitive.

- Continuously improve delivery systems, tools, and workflows to raise speed, efficiency, and impact.

- Build, coach, and upgrade the team - including org redesign where needed.

- Ensure rapid resolution of issues, acting as the escalation point for client issues.

Knowledge & Experience

- Minimum 10 yrs digital marketing experience, with at least 5 yrs in senior leadership roles overseeing mid-sized teams at a multi-service or SEO only agency.

- Deep hands on experience running SEO at scale, incl. strategy, technical audits, and off-page programs.

- Exposure to delivery in adjacent functions like ABM, Social, Paid, Automation.

- Team Leadership & Cross-functional Management: Able to lead & mentor team and drive high performance whilst working fluidly with sales, product, and client success teams.
