Role And Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Safety Officer with strong experience in commercial construction projects to ensure safe execution of site activities in line with EHS standards and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor EHS practices across commercial construction activities.

- Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety trainings.

- Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms, NBC, and project EHS guidelines.

- Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, lifting, scaffolding, and formwork.

- Maintain safety documentation, incident reports, and compliance records.

- Coordinate with contractors to close safety non-conformances and observations.

- Support audits and client safety reviews.

Key Requirements:

- 6-8 years of experience in safety management for commercial construction projects.

- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.

- Ability to proactively identify and mitigate site safety risks.

- Good coordination and communication skills.
