Job Description

This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HSE strategy across office and project sites. It combines regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, employee wellness, and training to ensure a culture of safety and continuous improvement in a high-risk, technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive HSE strategy aligned with organizational goals and evolving regulations

- Guide and manage HSE teams and ensure consistent global safety standards

- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and implement safety improvement measures

- Promote safety technologies, process safety, and wellness programs

- Lead training programs, incident investigations, and emergency response planning

- Engage with internal teams, clients, and contractors to foster a shared safety culture

- Monitor and report HSE performance using KPIs and benchmarks

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities

- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and construction/process safety

Experience in pharma/life sciences projects is a plus

- Data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking

- Crisis management and incident response expertise

Willingness to travel and work with multi-disciplinary teams
