Location: Mumbai (HO)

Role Overview:

This role is basically someone who will own safety across all our assets from a central level.

We are looking at someone who has handled large campuses / properties-could be from facility management companies or even someone from hospitality (hotels/resorts) who understands how safety works at scale.

This is a head office role, but the person should be comfortable managing safety across multiple locations.

What the role involves:

- End-to-end safety ownership across all properties/assets

- Setting up and monitoring safety standards, SOPs, and compliance

- Working closely with on-ground teams to ensure execution is tight

- Handling audits, risk assessments, and preventive measures

- Managing everything around fire safety, emergency response, and overall campus safety

- Coordinating with external vendors / facility partners where required

What we are looking for:

- Someone who has managed large campuses / multi-property environments

- Background from facility management firms or hospitality setups

- Good understanding of safety systems, compliance, and risk management

- Should be structured, process-driven, and detail-oriented

- Overall, someone who is mature and sophisticated in handling large-scale operations
