1. Project Management:

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects and initiatives led by the Executive Office.

- Defining project scopes, managing timelines, and ensuring that deliverables align with strategic goals and objectives.

- Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets and resource allocation. Track actual spending against the budget and recommend adjustments as necessary.

2. Project Execution Oversight:

- Monitor execution of WIP Projects of the organization to assess performance and resolve operational issues across sites, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Escalating key issues to Executive Office in a timely manner for swift action.

- Monitor and ensure adherence to all regulatory and legal compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle, from groundbreaking to commissioning.

3. Stakeholder Coordination:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify execution gaps, facilitate project updates, and escalate issues as needed.

- Drive initiatives to strategize and synergize teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

4. Process Optimization:

- Enhance operational processes across Project EPC, O&M, and manufacturing units to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Identify inefficiencies, formulate best practices, and aid implementation of solutions that lead to streamlined workflows and cost savings.

5. Financial Oversight and Project Tracking:

- Monitor the financial aspects of projects, including Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) analysis, fund requirements, and payment with vendors.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies for improving operational efficiency. Analyze cost structures to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.

Preferred qualifications/skills:

- An MBA from a reputed institution in Operations and/or Supply Chain.

- B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics or associated fields is an added advantage.

- Prior experience of 2-5 years in renewable energy or manufacturing sectors; with deep process understanding of the industry.

- Proficiency in Excel with experience in working with large volumes of data.
