Description:
- As a member of the Corporate Communications team at SAEL Industries Ltd., you will work cross-functionally on various projects and initiatives, driving an integrated communications strategy internally and externally.
- As an energy sector expert, primarily, you will be leading storytelling exercises and content development, creating a strong narrative around the energy businesses of the company and sustainability initiatives.
- You will be managing multiple projects at a time that entail industry events, media interviews, branding initiatives, website curation, social media blogs, social media listening and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the organizations narrative, value proposition, and key messaging for executives, products, projects, and policy positions.
- Produce high-impact content for internal and external audiences, including CEO letters, quarterly and annual reports, corporate narratives, policy briefings, case studies, press releases, and issue-based blogs for social media.
- Contribute to the annual communications planning, setting objectives, metrics, and budgets; manage cross-functional programs to ensure consistency and coherence across all channels.
- Monitor media coverage and share in-depth analysis basis the social listening, especially during crisis situations.
- Coordinate with agency networks to get strategic insights and intelligence.
- Manage and optimize content for owned media (corporate website, blogs, newsletters, intranet) and social channels (LinkedIn, industry forums, YouTube, etc.
- Oversee multimedia content production, including video scripts, podcasts, infographics, and interactive media.
- Stay informed on Indian energy policies, tariffs, subsidies, global trends and regulatory developments affecting the sector.
Preferred Qualifications::
- 8-9 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate communications, preferably in the infrastructure energy sector (renewables, grid, WtE, or utilities).
- Journalistic background will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated excellence in strategic communications planning, content development, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a portfolio of executive communications and issue-based content.
- Experience with crisis communications, risk management, and brand reputation development.
- Proficiency in digital media, analytics, and content management systems; familiarity with SEO, social listening, and media monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of Indian regulatory landscape, energy policies, incentives, and industry stakeholders.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and complex projects.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- This role will be reporting to Head of Corporate Communications.
