Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Lead to lead finance transformation initiatives within our organization.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SAP FICO implementations, Product Costing, S/4HANA Cloud, treasury and finance reporting-along with proven ability to deliver cross-domain integrations (FI-PS and other SAP modules).

This role requires strategic thinking, project leadership, and collaboration with Business Process Experts (BPEs) and business stakeholders to drive digital finance transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and rollouts, ensuring business alignment.

- Work with the FICO team on the support model towards business aligning on the SLA/KPI.

- Drive cross-domain integration of FI with PS (Project Systems), CO (Controlling), MM, SD, and PP.

- Implement and manage Product Costing, including costing runs, material ledger, variance analysis, and integration with FI/CO.

- Develop and implement finance reporting strategies to support business transformation.

- Configure and support treasury, BRS, and APP functionalities.

- Leverage S/4HANA Cloud for finance innovation and simplification.

- Work with BPEs and business stakeholders to define requirements, identify gaps, and optimize processes.

- Lead project execution using Jira and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).

- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement in finance operations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10-14 years of SAP FICO consulting experience with multiple end-to-end implementations.

- Deep expertise in Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Product Costing.

- Strong knowledge of cross-module integration (FI-PS, FI-MM, FI-SD, FI-PP).

- Experience in treasury, BRS, APP, and financial reporting.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results.

- Project management experience with Jira and SAP CALM.

- CA / relevant finance qualification preferred.

- SAP certification in FICO / S/4HANA required.
