Job Description:

- We are looking for a CAPEX Manager to lead capital expenditure planning and execution.

- The role involves managing budgets, financial forecasting, monitoring projects, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage the annual CAPEX budget with finance and department heads.

- Track and report CAPEX spending vs. budget; highlight variances.

- Evaluate capital investment proposals (ROI, NPV, Payback Period).

- Ensure proper accounting & classification of CAPEX as per IFRS/GAAP.

- Oversee ongoing CAPEX projects including vendor management & procurement coordination.

- Prepare reports/presentations for senior management and board.

- Support month-end, year-end closing and audit processes related to capital projects.

Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting/Engineering (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred).

Experience:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in CAPEX management/FP&A/project accounting.

- Strong knowledge of capital budgeting & financial modelling.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP (or similar ERP).

- Strong communication, analytical & organizational skills.

- Experience in manufacturing, construction, energy, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
