Job Description

Job Title: Deputy General Manager Capital Markets, fund raise and strategy. A person having 15-16 years of experience in credit analysis, project finance, ratings domain preferably in renewable energy sector and shall be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of teasers, information memorandum, presentations and other materials for onward sharing with lenders and investors.

- Preparation of financial models to check the viability & feasibility of the projects by performing various scenario analyses.

- Review of legal documents leading to definitive agreements.

- Coordination between various transaction advisors viz technical, financial and legal for structuring the transaction, preparation of materials including TEV study reports, LLC reports/opinions for lenders and investors

- Getting ratings for the projects done, interactions with ratings agencies

- Interaction with clients and lenders to comply with the loan disbursement conditions.

- All aspects of an engagement ascertaining issues, functional overview & analysis, identifying gaps, synthesizing project estimates to conclusions.

- Working with international lenders for bonds raise, investment bankers, international ratings agencies for potential bond raises
