About the opportunity:

Indus Cosmeceuticals Pvt Ltd is a profitable 150Cr+ beauty e-commerce business with in-house manufacturing and R&D. Our portfolio includes Indus Valley, MINA Eyebrow Tints and Bio Organic. We want marketplace growth that compounds profitably across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, quick commerce and the next platforms we add. This is a senior leadership role with direct ownership of marketplace retail media. You will decide where the next rupee should go, run and improve campaigns, connect paid visibility with organic rank and conversion, and influence pricing, promotions, assortment and inventory priorities. Marketplace Operations owns daily fulfilment and account execution; you own the growth system that turns platform demand into contribution margin.

Role Overview:

Youll own the intersection of Retail Media, Marketplace Growth, and Commercials across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa & Quick Commerce. This is a high-ownership growth role going beyond ROAS to drive profitable GMV growth, new customer acquisition, organic visibility and contribution margin.

What Youll Own:

- Own Marketplace Growth & Retail Media strategy, budgets & performance

- Drive GMV, new customers, organic rank & conversion

- Optimise ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, incrementality & media investments

- Influence pricing, promotions, assortment & inventory

- Lead agencies/specialists with strong hands-on ownership

- Drive marketplace experimentation & scalable growth

Ideal Profile:

- 6-9 years in Marketplace / E-commerce Growth / Performance Marketing

- Strong Amazon Ads expertise + exposure to Flipkart / Nykaa / Quick Commerce

- Strong commercial, analytical & growth mindset

- Beauty / FMCG / Consumer experience preferred

- Tier-1 / strong academic pedigree preferred
