You'll be leading the brand - MINA IBROW (About):

MINA IBROW is an international beauty brand, sold across the U.S. and Europe and among India's largest beauty exporters. Brand backed by a 49-year company( Sadaway pvt ltd).

We're now launching in India: accounts, pixels, feeds, and creative playbooks are all greenfield. You'll help take the brand from 1 - 100 across our Shopify D2C site and marketplaces (Nykaa, Amazon), while laying foundations that scale across India and beyond.

What you'll do (overview):

- Manage paid ads on Amazon, Nykaa, Meta, and Google.

- Run Sponsored ads, keyword research, bids, promotions, and event planning on marketplaces.

- Coordinate creatives (images, videos, banners) and refresh ad assets regularly.

- Ensure listings, A+ content, and storefronts are updated and retail-ready.

- Work with brand, content, ops, and CS teams to align ads, pricing, and fulfilment.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

- Education: Tier-1/Tier-2 institute background preferred.

- Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience leading e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.).

- D2C Expertise: Working knowledge of D2C platforms (Shopify) and paid media channels (Meta, Google Ads) not mandatory but considered an added advantage.

- Strong analytical mindset with proven campaign scaling experience.
