About the job Experience And Expectation - Around 12+ years of financial planning (BPC/SAC planning) experience with minimum 3+ years in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning (SAC). - Must have at least 2 end to end SAC Planning implementation experience. - Must have experienc collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze planning and forecasting requirements. - Must have led end-to-end architecture and design of planning solutions using SAP SAC and/or BPC. - Must have experience designing robust, scalable planning models and integrating them with SAP and non-SAP systems. - Must have business understanding of concepts as well as hands-on experience of Revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, Workforce, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cashflow Planning. - Must be capable of providing strategic guidance on best practices for planning, budgeting,forecasting, and financial consolidation. - Must have experience in driving solution workshops and proof-of-concept sessions with stakeholders. - Hands-on experience with developing both Planning and Analytical Models in SAC. - Hands-on experience with creating complex advanced formulas, Data Actions in SAC. - Experience in creation of Stories Hierarchies, Dashboards, Geo Maps, Linked Analysis, calculated measures & dimensions, blending etc. - Exposure to dimension and model level permissions. - Good knowledge of visualization concepts of reporting. - Experience in designing dashboards and reports that are intuitive and easy to understand while following the best practices. - Experience working in large scale BI implementations. - Must have strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. - Should be ready for short-term or long-term travels across the globe. - Must be able to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts. - Strong knowledge of financial and operational planning processes.
