Sabre - Regional Principal - Compensation and Benefits - The Regional Principal, Compensation and Benefits Analyst role will support and drive best in-class Global Total Rewards programs and initiatives across the APAC region to attract and retain high performing, diverse talent and enabling our people to remain engaged with ease-of-mind. - In partnership with the Global Total Rewards team, this individual will align and support the roll-out of global & regional Total Rewards initiatives for the Asia Pacific region. In addition, in partnership with the global team, develop and implement global compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, structures and systems. - Evaluate new and existing jobs to ensure alignment with the global benchmark guidelines and structure - Support the review of Sabres salary and benefit structures across the various countries - Support and manage the full annual salary review, bonus and equity cycles - Act as the operational contact with compensation, HRIS and mobility functions to ensure Long Term Incentive programs, corporate bonus program and other services and processes within global C&B/HRIS are delivered efficiently and effectively and aligned to the Policy. - Collaborate with local HR contacts to review existing programs in partnership with Global Total Rewards to deliver optimal total rewards programs that are cost-effective and aligned with demographics, market practices and talent strategies. - Support and complete all Compensation, Benefits & Mobility related surveys. - Ensure all Rewards programs, policies and practices are following all applicable laws and regulations. - Conduct market trend analysis for compensation, identify areas for improvement to meet best practices and business environment, provide insight and recommendations to Global Total Rewards team - Responsible for data quality and data integrity for Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility processes. - Support projects related to compensation and benefits programs and systems both regionally and globally. - Consult with local HRBPs with regards to Rewards and mobility programs - Support any other ad hoc Total Rewards related matters assigned or as and when required. Requirements : - Degree - graduate in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, or its equivalent - 8 plus years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits - Preferably experience in Regional multi-country Compensation & Benefits role - A highly analytical mind with superb attention to details and excellent statistical skills - Pro-active hands-on with a creative mind to want to do things differently when required - Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and a fast pace environment - Ability to lead and partner with all levels within the organization - Ability to present to local leaders
