Sabre Partners - Investment Manager - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

About Us:

Sabre Partners is a mid-market PE fund, managing funds and investment vehicles with AUM of over $100 mn and backed by prominent international investors. The Fund invests in impactful companies in the climate change, healthcare, and financial inclusion sectors.

We are looking to add an Investment Manager in the team with prior investment experience in Private Equity/Venture Capital. The person should have a post-graduation experience of 3-6 years with at least 2 years of investment experience.

The person would assist the senior management team in portfolio monitoring, evaluation of investment opportunities and several aspects of the deal execution - including financial modelling, due diligence, preparation of deal collaterals and investment memos etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Extensive analysis of the industry and business fundamentals.

- Financial modelling, preparing and evaluating business plans.

- Preparing internal notes and presentations for the fund and its portfolio companies.

- Active monitoring of portfolio companies that would involve tracking performance, preparation of periodic reports, other support activities for portfolio management.

- Qualification: MBA from a premier business school and/ or CA

Experience:

- 3-6 years of post-graduation experience with at least 2 years in a Private Equity, Equity Research and/or Investment Banking.

- Experience in climate change/healthcare/financial services sector will be an advantage.
