WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ON A REGULAR BASIS (RESPONSIBILITIES): - Develop and implement effective sales strategies - Lead zonal sales team members to achieve overall sales targets for the company. - Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accounts - Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/partners. - Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts - Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities - Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs - Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency - Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board - Report to the CBO. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR (REQUIREMENTS)? - Overall experience of minimum 10+ years in software solution selling. - 5+ years' experience in selling and managing E-Governance solutions will be highly preferable. - Experience of creating and managing channel sales. - Experience in working with Banks as channel partner will be highly preferable. - Experience in creating and managing a high-performance sales team. - Experience in setting up process, Standard Operating Procedures and continuous performance appraisal through relevant metrics. - Strong communication and team management skills - Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude. - Availability to travel all over the assigned territory. - Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field - Language preference - English, Hindi and one local language.
