
JOB Title: Manager - Data Analytics

We're looking for a hands-on Analytics Developer with a strong UI focus to build and scale self-serve analytics portals for internal teams, clients, creators, and performance advertisers.
This role sits at the intersection of data, UI, and analytics, turning complex datasets into intuitive, secure, and scalable reporting experiences.
What You'll Do:
Build and manage analytics portals for:
- Campaign & advertiser performance reporting
- Creator revenue share & content analytics
- Internal business insights
- Develop secure login and role-based access for multiple user groups
Integrate data from:
- Salesforce (campaign & advertiser data)
- Tableau / BI tools (sales pipeline & performance analytics)
- Internal databases & APIs
- Design clean, responsive UI dashboards using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- Work on architecture and tool selection for analytics delivery
- Stay hands-on while mentoring and managing a small team, with room to grow into a larger leadership role
Skills & Experience:
Salesforce experience, including one or more of:
- Salesforce Partner Portal
- Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Visualforce
- Experience with Tableau, Business Objects, or similar BI tools
- Strong front-end/UI development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
- Experience working with data APIs and light ETL processes
- Ability to translate data into clear, user-friendly analytics experiences
