Summary:
Sabio is looking for a seasoned Ad Tech industry professional who has a high performance background in ad tech business operations, partner account management, dual revenue optimization, & overall strategy driving business.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Own all strategic and operational aspects, including integration and onboarding of new partners, and collaborating with product and engineering
- Individually interpreting whether prospective programmatic demand partners will add successful business for the company based on an analysis of their volume, traffic types, experience and overall potential match
- Independently use strong analysis, interpretation and independent judgment of client traffic to provide feedback to programmatic demand partner clients for campaign optimization to drive growth and volume
- Own ad creative review process, including quality control, triaging and escalations.
- Work with the Compliance team and programmatic demand partner clients to review and investigate any complaints for fraudulent activity to mitigate both the client's and risk
- Work day-to-day in resolving campaign issues with Ad Operations team
- Ensure timely resolution of issues raised by partners.
- Ensure publishers receive the highest level of customer service and support.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of total relevant work experience with a minimum of 2 years focused on account management within the online, mobile, or video advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising (ORTB, VAST)
- Experience with ad servers, DSPs, and SSPs
- Bachelor's/master's degree in any stream, PG/MBA preferred.
