Role Overview:
- The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
- This role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
- Drive execution through all project phases - initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage expectations, communication, and engagement with business leaders, clients, and vendors.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Handle escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and provide performance feedback.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Budget & Risk Management:
- Create and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure effective change management processes to handle scope adjustments.
Process Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to organizational project management methodologies and best practices.
- Maintain proper documentation - project charters, risk registers, issue logs, and closure reports.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
Tools & Methodologies:
- Manage project workflows using tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as per project needs.
- Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and release teams for seamless delivery in tech projects
