About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, drive brand growth, and generate high-quality leads through data-driven strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, brand management, campaign execution, and analytics, with the ability to blend creativity and strategy to achieve measurable outcomes.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand presence and fuel business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify target audiences, positioning strategies, and key market opportunities.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns - digital, social, email, events, and content.
- Define marketing KPIs and success metrics, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and performance-focused.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and manage the marketing budget.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Oversee SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
- Optimize website performance and conversion funnels (CRO) to improve lead quality and ROI.
- Use marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Pardot, or Mailchimp) to nurture leads through targeted campaigns.
- Drive growth marketing initiatives such as A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights for optimization.
Branding & Communication
- Build and manage a strong brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and design across all internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce marketing collateral, brochures, videos, and social assets.
- Manage public relations, media engagement, and influencer collaborations to boost visibility.
- Lead product launches, rebranding campaigns, and industry events.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that drives engagement and inbound traffic.
- Oversee the creation of blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and webinars.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to position the company as a thought leader in the industry.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing across platforms.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketers, content creators, designers, and analysts.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance excellence.
- Build relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to expand reach.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Power BI.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly marketing reports to leadership, highlighting ROI and key insights.
