Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with customers, ensure successful product adoption, and drive long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve their business goals using our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned customers
- Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer needs and escalations
- Understand customer goals and align them with product capabilities
- Monitor customer health, usage metrics, and engagement levels
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
- Conduct regular business reviews and success check-ins
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering teams
- Gather customer feedback and advocate for customer needs internally
- Reduce churn and increase customer retention and satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Gainsight, etc.)
- Ability to analyze customer data and usage metrics
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
