About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable insights and solutions.

- You will play a key role in improving processes, optimizing performance, and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and define project scopes.

- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development and product teams.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams-including IT, product management, finance, and operations-to deliver business solutions.

- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.

- Develop use cases, process flow diagrams, and user stories to support development and testing.

- Perform gap analysis to identify current and desired future states.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.

- Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend optimizations.

- Prepare and deliver clear documentation, presentations, and dashboards for management.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's. maser's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

- Strong understanding of business process mapping, data analysis, and project management methodologies.

- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.

- Experience with requirement-gathering tools (e. , Jira, Confluence, Trello).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to liaise between business and technical teams
