Were stepping into a big year at JustCall AI with a clear, ambitious roadmap already in place and were looking for an AI-native Product Manager with strong fundamentals to help us execute it.
Youll play a core role in scaling our AI products across the JustCall AI and AI Pod charter, turning roadmap bets into real, high-impact experiences for customers across the globe.

What Well Count on You:
- Own product strategy and roadmap for the AI Conversation Intelligence & Voice Agent stack.
- Build an outcome-driven roadmap balancing customer value, impact, and technical feasibility.
- Track AI/CCaaS trends and competitors to shape differentiation and product direction.
- Drive a clear product vision that aligns engineering, design, and GTM teams.
- Deep-dive into sales, support, and RevOps workflows to uncover high-value AI opportunities.
- Translate ambiguous needs into clear problem statements, use cases, and JTBD.
- Write sharp PRDs, prioritize effectively, and ship with engineering and design.
- Validate ideas through prototypes, rapid experimentation, and A/B tests.
- Design scalable AI capabilities with the right trade-offs on latency, accuracy, UX, and cost.
- Lead cross-functional execution across Design, Marketing, Sales, and CS for successful launches.
- Define and track metrics, run reviews, iterate quickly, and double down on what drives adoption.

What Youll Bring:
Required:
- 2-7 years of experience in SaaS, communication platforms, or AI products.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Experience working in agile, fast-moving environments.
- Deep customer empathy and a user-centric mindset.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Jira, Figma, Mixpanel/Amplitude, and vibe coding tools.
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product direction.
- Understanding of enterprise B2B sales and customer success workflow.
