Saarthee - Manager - Analytics

Position Summary:

- We are looking for Seniors to join our growing team of data analytics experts to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions.

- We are looking for candidates who are skilled and hands-on with solving the most difficult technical aspects of data and analytics projects.

- This is a client-facing role and we are looking for candidates who are comfortable working independently, as a team lead and client engagement managers at the same time.

- The Analytics Manager will work closely with the Founders and the leaders across the Onsite and Offsite teams.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

- An Analytics Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of data analysis and reporting systems.

- The role involves leading a team of data analysts and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of data-driven insights to support business decision-making.

- Develop and implement analytics strategies and plans to meet business objectives.

- Design the analytics and reporting platform.

- Define the architecture of the platform and recommend database software, ETL tool, analytics tool, and visualization tool to be used.

- Manage and mentor a team of data analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality data insights.

- Lead by example in analytics delivery and guide the team in data synthesis, modeling techniques and culling out actionable insights, implications, and recommendations to address clients- business KPIs and/or identify opportunities.

- Engage with clients to identify opportunities to institutionalize analytics across client organizations and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for data analysis and reporting.

- Design, develop, and maintain data analytics systems and dashboards to meet client needs.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through effective data management practices.

- Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.

- Utilize project management tools to ensure regular client meetings, stakeholder management, data sources, tracking execution and success metrics effectively and efficiently.

- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of data analytics.

Required Skills and qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.

- Significant experience in data analytics, with an excellent understanding of data warehouses / data-marts and dimensional data models

- Experience leading and managing a team of data analysts.

- Knowledge of SQL, R, Python, or similar programming languages for data analysis and manipulation.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices, and experience with data governance.

- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS is a plus.

- Excellent client management and engagement skills.

- Effective presence & communication skills- both interpersonal & written and the ability and willingness to take a hands-on execution role where required to support client needs and team development.

- Highly organized with an ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
