Position Summary:
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy aligned with procurement and STP transformation objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to bridge them.
- Create and manage various content formats such as process maps, training materials, and quick reference guides.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible knowledge repositories.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments and projects.
- Establish and nurture communities of practice and knowledge networks.
- Contribute to change management through communication, training, and resistance mitigation strategies.
- Select and implement user-friendly knowledge management tools tailored to business needs.
- Provide training to employees on KM systems and support onboarding through knowledge resources.
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of KM practices and inform continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in knowledge and digital transformation.
Skill Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in knowledge management, preferably within STP or digital transformation contexts.
- Proficient in platforms like ARIS, Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Salesforce, and AI video tools.
- Experience in creating and delivering impactful training sessions.
- Change management experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational capabilities.
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven, strategic approach to problem-solving.
