Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify, engage, and pursue new business opportunities related to Adobe solutions, including Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Experience Cloud products.

- Consultative Sales Approach: Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations for Adobe solutions, delivering product demonstrations and showcasing value propositions.

- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute robust sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market expansion in key regions.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and driving repeat business.

- Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and solution implementation.

- Market Awareness: Stay informed about Adobe product updates, competitor activities, and industry trends to refine sales pitches and maintain a competitive edge.

- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed proposals, RFP responses, and maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills:


- 5+ years leading regional and/or global enterprise sales enablement programs


- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably focused on Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Campaign or AEM.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, data analytics, and SaaS solutions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced B2B environment.

- Ability to establish and build close working relationships.

- Possess strong personal credibility while being a focused planner and decision-maker

- Experience working in global markets, especially US, UK, and India, is a plus.

- Adobe product certifications (Adobe Campaign, AEM) are highly desirable.
