- Market segmentation, targeting and strategic positioning of the project requirements, especially to strengthen the private sector engagement in the waste management industry (India and globally).
- Identify new and upcoming business opportunities in the waste management industry.
- Utilize various sources, including industry publications, market reports, and networking events to gather leads.
- Compile and consolidate a healthy pipeline of leads in alignment to the project goals and outcomes.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business growth objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with private sector clients, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational goals.
- Engage with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build a network of contacts.
Market Analysis
- Actively pursue market research and analysis for new opportunities, staying informed about industry trends and potential areas for expansion.
- Field visits and meetings to improve direct stakeholder interaction, gathering insights and feedback to inform and enhance private sector collaboration strategies.
- Analyze market data to identify gaps and areas for growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support business strategy.
Sales Process Management
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
- Prepare detailed business plans and sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Proposal Development
- Prepare, develop, and present compelling business proposals and pitches to potential clients.
- Customize proposals to address the specific needs and challenges of prospective clients.
