
About the Role:
We are looking for presales specialists who can drive lead management, client qualification, and pipeline optimization.
This role requires precision in managing high-volume leads and ensuring smooth transition to the sales team for closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify, nurture, and manage leads generated through digital and offline channels.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored real estate solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits, consultations, and follow-ups for sales managers.
- Maintain detailed CRM records with real-time updates and client histories.
- Analyze presales funnel metrics and suggest improvements for lead-to-conversion ratios.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with client requirements.
- Generate regular funnel reports and share insights with sales leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in presales or inside sales (real estate preferred).
- Excellent client-handling, communication, and engagement skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage large lead pipelines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, automation platforms, and reporting dashboards
