About the Role:
We are seeking experienced commercial real estate professionals to lead and manage end-to-end sales and leasing operations.
This role requires strategic client acquisition, deal structuring, and portfolio management with strong market expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and leasing transactions across office spaces, retail, and industrial properties.
- Build and manage high-value client portfolios including corporates, HNIs, and institutional investors.
- Conduct advanced market research, property valuations, and financial feasibility studies.
- Drive revenue growth through structured sales planning and performance tracking.
- Lead negotiations, structure proposals, and finalize commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations) for smooth closures.
- Mentor junior team members and manage client relationship lifecycles.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA or Postgraduate in Business, Real Estate, or Finance.
- 6-10 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing.
- Proven ability to close large-scale transactions.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Punes commercial property market
