B2B Growth Marketing Lead (Enterprise Demand Generation & Agentic GTM)
We are looking for a B2B Growth Marketing Lead to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth for a high-value IT/ITeS client targeting global markets.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in enterprise demand generation, integrated paid media, marketing automation, RevOps, and long-cycle B2B lead nurturing.
Candidates from B2B SaaS, IT Services, Consulting, Healthcare Tech, Enterprise Platforms, or global services environments are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end pipeline generation strategy across global markets
- Integrated paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta
- Performance optimization focused on revenue contribution, CAC, pipeline velocity, and lead quality
- LinkedIn ABM and intent-driven targeting for enterprise buyers
- Content syndication and demand capture programs
- CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation workflows
- Lead scoring, routing, attribution, and funnel optimization
- SEO + AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) coordination for AI-first discovery environments
- Collaboration with sales, RevOps, and leadership teams to improve conversion across the GTM funnel
- Reporting dashboards tied to pipeline, influenced revenue, and sales outcomes
Agentic GTM & RevOps Expectations

- Building Agentic GTM workflows that combine AI, automation, and human decision-making
- Leveraging AI tools for campaign orchestration, research, personalization, and lead intelligence

- Improving operational efficiency through workflow automation and AI-assisted execution
- Working with modern GTM stacks including CRM, automation, enrichment, analytics, and AI copilots
