About the Role:

RWP is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Client Acquisition & Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bangalore.

This role involves owning end-to-end client onboarding while leading on-ground marketing (BTL) campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients through strategic outreach

- Create persuasive pitch decks and support ongoing marketing campaigns

- Plan and execute BTL marketing initiatives including events, budgeting, vendor management, and logistics

- Analyze campaign data to extract insights and optimize future campaigns

- Provide post-event reporting, client feedback, and invoicing

- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and internal teams to enhance experience and retention

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of experience in client acquisition, business development, or marketing (BTL/event marketing preferred)

- MBA or Post Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

- Willingness to travel frequently for campaign and client activities

- Creative mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and team-oriented approach
