Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the distribution network.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners (CPs) including Wealth Management Firms, Chartered Accountants, Automobile Dealers, and other non-traditional distribution networks.
- Strengthen relationships with existing CPs and drive higher engagement, productivity, and sales conversion.
- Explore and establish partnerships in both domestic (India) and international markets to reach high-potential customer bases.
- Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to ensure achievement of business goals.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performance distribution team capable of scaling across multiple geographies.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA with 15 to 18 years of experience in Sales & Distribution.
- Strong expertise in building and scaling distribution networks across geographies.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse partners and create innovative sales channels.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in high-value product/service distribution is preferred.
