Urgent opening with a No 1 growing Bank:   Role: Rural Lending & Priority Sector Lending (PAN India)   Location: Mumbai   Grade Offered: DVP/AVP   Important:  - No sales experience required.  - Profit & Loss management skill is necessary.  Roles & Responsibilities:  Revenue Generation:  - Maximize profitability on existing lending book  - Develop new streams for generating fee income  - Collection of pending charges (OD, Bounce & other charges)  - Plugging revenue leakages within existing processes  - Develop a framework for giving out rate waivers etc.  - Maximize Insurance cross sell to existing customers  Cost Management:  - P&L monitoring for each product to ensure alignment with budgets.  - Capital Deployment strategy  - Monitor location level profitability  - Responsible for proper allocation of costs to business units/functions  - Drive cost reduction measures across Locations/ Regions  Requirement/Experience:  - Exposure to Retail Asset products  - Understanding of P&L management for Retail Asset products (Wheels or Mortgages or Unsecured)  - Project Management skills  - Analytic Skills  - Ability to work across groups to drive a common objective  - Product Management experience preferred
